Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn: The Opportunities and Pitfalls of Social Media will provide guidelines on how to manage the ethical perils of lawyer social networking as well as the implications of social media for employment and labor law practitioners and family law practitioners. Program panelists will be Jennifer S. Hagerman, a partner with Burch Porter & Johnson, PLLC whose practice focuses on employment litigation and complex commercial litigation; Rhodes alumnus Larry Rice ‘74, a partner with Rice, Amundsen & Caperton, PLLC, who is certified as a Family Law Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and certified as a Family Law Specialist by the Tennessee Board of Specialization; and Dane S. Ciolino ’85, the Alvin R. Christovich Distinguished Professor of Law, Loyola School of Law.
This session has been approved for 2.0 hours of dual credit in Tennessee.
